Route 2 - you order, we deliver to your client
With this approach, you can keep your margin and hold no stock! By billing your client upfront and paying either on 30 day account or by using your credit card, you can maintain liquidity while eliminating admin costs related to product costs. Not only that, you will continue to receive the full 35% discount on each order! You can order by 4pm and expect next day delivery, an unmatched standard in the industry – though we prefer orders to be made as early as possible to avoid end of day rushes.
Route 3 - your client orders from us, you get commission and cut admin costs
Your customers order directly from us, while you keep a healthy margin of 25%. You can choose to offer part of this as a discount to your clients, or retain all of it as your commission! This method will eliminate all admin costs related to the ordering, stocking, and selling of products, saving you your most valuable commodity – time! You will continue to benefit from any repeat orders your client places with us.
Route 4 - we market for you, your client base grows
NutriVital occasionally produces promotional mailshots about supplements suitable for self-prescription and general dietary enhancements. These benefit every client, and keeps the NutriVital range current for those clients who might be tempted by inferior offerings from high street chains. Our clients appreciate the information and the opportunities these communications offer. We can include your clients in these promotions to maintain your client loyalty, while passing 25% of the cost of each transaction to you! This complements your normal prescription process and is ideal for practitioners looking to improve their customer communications and top up their monthly income with no additional costs or effort. We can even include a customised message to remind your clients about you!
Optimising Your Supply Model
Of course, you will have staple and favourite products – both of which will sell quickly and predictably. In those cases, it’s worth stocking them for customer convenience, aesthetics, and straightforward sales admin (unless space or cash prohibits). However, of the 170 essential supplements and remedies that NutriVital Health supplies, there will be products that will be of great benefit to some clients that just don’t fly off the shelf at a high rate. In those cases, you don’t need to have cash tied up in slow-moving stock. These products can be ordered direct in individual unit quantities. We will send them directly to your client, for next working day delivery (if the order is placed before 4pm) and you still receive your usual 35% discount (on our branded products).
By getting your clients who need to re-order products in between appointments to order directly from us we can save you time and effort and make the process more efficient for them. All you need to do is give them your practitioner code. This ensures that you receive up to 25% credit (depending on whether you have offered your clients some discount) for each transaction.
The inclusion of Route 4 in your supply model will increase the value of the credit on your account, at no cost to you and with no effort. In the past, it has also served to support clients’ health-efforts and improve goodwill; and therefore benefit each practitioner’s clinic activity.
