Grapefruit seed extract has a wide range of uses. It is ideal for traveling, as it may help protect against travel sickness and can be useful in areas where food or drink may be contaminated. It can also be used as a mouthwash or for gargling. It is commonly used for many other health and household purposes, as you may be advised by your practitioner or research. Not for citrus allergy sufferers. Never use undiluted. Not suitable for those taking warfarin.

To take orally, use 4-12 drops mixed in a glass of water or juice between meals, 1-3 times a day. (Children over 8 years, half dose).

To use as a dental rinse, stir 2 drops into 3oz or more of water. Vigorously swish in mouth for 10 seconds.

To use as a throat Gargle, stir 4-12 drops into a glass of water. Gargle several times.
