Because The Centre For Integrated Health is interested in treating the body as the intelligent machine that it is, our practitioners have a wide range of disciplines and solutions at their hands. When appropriate, clients will be referred for treatment outside of The Centre. The treatments that are available within the centre and which are often included in treatment plans (in varying levels and combinations), are listed below.

Nutritional treatment and Smart Eating plans
The results of nutritional status testing allows the practitioner to construct a programme of changes to eating habits and prescribe the necessary nutritional supplementation. This has several functions: a) to emphasise foods that will energise you and remove foods that are contributing to symptoms of ill health; b) to provide a boost to your system by introducing high levels of vitamins and minerals in highly available forms c) to increase the efficiency of your digestive processes.
Detoxification and drainage remedies
We have an in-house lymphatic drainage massage consultant. This style of massage helps the body heal itself and function optimally. We also carry a special range of NutriVital products that target individual organs in the body for detoxification and drainage. They are prescribed on the basis of Asyra screenings. Specific enzymes to enhance liver function may also be recommended. Many clients feel considerably better from this treatment alone.
Organ support and re-balancing treatments
Blends made from medicinal herbs may be used to provide biochemical and energetic-level support to organ systems that are weakened or out of balance. Working on both levels helps the body to return to optimal functioning more quickly than either type of treatment alone. This is one of the ways in which our approach is unique.
SCENAR Therapy
Developed as part of the Russian space program, the SCENAR (Self-Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulator) is widely used in Russian hospitals and in use in advanced clinics in the West. SCENAR uses gentle electrical impulses to communicate with the nervous system and stimulate the body’s own healing processes. The results observed are rapidly accelerated healing of wounds and most aches and pains.
Meridian Therapies
Energetic imbalances caused by stress and emotional issues play a huge role in almost all chronic health conditions. No holistic treatment program is complete without addressing these issues, which are often at the root cause of physical complaints. Meridian therapies including EFT and Emotrance are very effective methods for clearing these blockages. Working in the centre with our therapist and using the techniques for yourself it will be possible to break down long-standing emotional blockages that may be preventing you from attaining optimal health. Unlike talking therapies that take many hours and produce uncertain results, meridian therapies break down unconscious sources of resistance to change and almost always yield some improvement even after one session.
Lymphatic Drainage
An essential part of effective toxic load drainage, particularly in cases of serious degenerative disease, is to ensure that the lymphatic system is draining properly. A short series of sessions using manual massage or assisted by the Light Beam Generator will open up these channels, allowing other parts of the treatment program to work effectively. Low Level Laser Treatment
